Shipping policy

Items are processed within three to five business days and mailed using USPS postal services, UPS, and FedEx.  Some items take 3-6 business days to receive, while others may take 6-10 business days.  

We have items shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, Ca, and Chipley, FL.

Additionally, we have suppliers based out of Utah & Montana we ship directly from to save on the cost of the items you purchase and shipping- We devote thousands of dollars a month, by not sending twice which is how we can offer free shipping and competitive prices.  

Furthermore, we source these items so we can offer size-inclusive styles in brands that are trendy. 

We will notify you of your tracking number once your order has been processed. 

Did not receive your package: 

• In case a package is delivered - according to the tracking number update, but you state that you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
