Shipping Policy at Ruby Idol Apparel

All sales are sent for processing after the next business day and are shipped via USPS within 3-4 business days.  Larger orders are mailed using USPS priority mail, UPS or Fed-Ex.  You will be provided with a tracking number for your order.  Some orders may have two tracking orders- if it is a large order or your items come from different locations.

Shipping is free at Ruby Idol for items purchased.  However, if you are returning an item for an exchange or refund, you are responsible for paying for shipping the item back to us.
