Return Requirements

Anything Wrong?

  • PLEASE inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt.
  • If you believe you have received something defective please contact us within 3 days of order receipt at customerservice@rubywebmarketing.com so we can address the issue.
  • If it has been longer than 3 days, tags have been removed or item has been worn or washed it becomes ineligible for a ruturn/refund.

The Item:

  • All tags must still be attached.
  • Make sure there are no make-up or deodorant stains, animal hair, or cigarette smoke odor.
  • Item can’t be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox.
  • Shoe boxes must be returned inside another box or a protective mailer. [Ie. you cannot tape the shoe box shut and stick a label on it]

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Any time a coupon code of 2% off or greater was used on the order.
  • Any item in the sale/clearance section.
  • Any item marked down or discounted greater than 25% off the original price (includes BOGO items)
  • Shoes without the original box 

    Refund:  Your item must be received or postmarked* within 14** days of the order date to receive a full refund for domestic orders. Once we process your return please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

    Shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable and you will not receive credit for it. 

    *Postmarked means it has been accepted and scanned in at the post office. Simply creating a label does not count.

    Return Shipping Options:

    1. Email customerservice@rubywebmarketing.com receive instructions on how to return your order. Do NOT combine multiple orders into one box/mailer.
    2. Ship it yourself using the carrier of your choice. Return address: We will provide you with a return address. ** Please GET a tracking number to track your package. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

    Returns Processing:

    • Once we receive your return please allow 2-5 business for it to be processed.

    Order Cancellation or Change:

    • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed.
